KLAVYO @ THE CURRENT
Challenge:
Klaviyo launched an environmental campaign in Boston's Seaport, featuring billboards, sidewalk stickers, and digital ads. The objective was to drive foot traffic to Klaviyo's website and encourage participation in their small business grant program. The challenge we faced was how to motivate pedestrians to feel enticed enough to manually type a URL on their phones.
Solution:
At its core, Klaviyo is a partner to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and side hustlers. And in the middle of the “Great Resignation,” who wasn’t a side hustler? So even if Boston pedestrians hadn’t heard of Klaviyo, we knew they had likely been dreaming about building their businesses—maybe they’ve even made moves to get started. The copy I used on these stickers tickles that part of their minds. “Hmm,” they wondered. “How much IS my side hustle worth? I better check this Klaviyo out….”
