Challenge:

Like so many small businesses, Wyld Skincare uses email marketing to stay top of mind with their customers. In these emails, they want to do more than just sell product (though that’s definitely important), they want to build relationships and establish trust.

Solution:

Using Wyld’s bold and playful voice, we wrote and delivered weekly emails that provided skincare and wellness tips, in-depth product details, and a few holiday giveaways. The useful and fun content in these emails worked to build those long-lasting customer relationships (and high open rates) that we all strive for. Customers were able to use the information in these emails to make informed decisions in their purchases.
