ZAPIER FACEBOOK GROUP
Challenge:
To bolster their automator community, Zapier created a private Facebook group where users could ask questions, share tips, and be the first to hear about new features. What they needed was a content strategy to keep their existing members engaged as well as attract new members to the group.
Solution:
Luckily for us, keeping existing members engaged is THE key to attracting new members–two birds! So our strategy focused heavily on getting these engagements. We accomplished this by not only sharing tips, but giving the group opportunities to contribute their own tips, stories, and questions. In the end our most successful content buckets consisted of polls, self-promotion threads, calls for GIFs, and (of course) a few well-timed memes.
With this more engaging content, the group saw a 147% increase in total comments.
